We take great interest in understanding why people choose to wear the things they wear. Since the beginning of human history people have been decorating and adorning their bodies with things they find to be beautiful or powerful. Where do you see beauty? When do you feel powerful? Why not capture those things and adorn yourself in them? After all when we feel beautiful and powerful, we project beauty and confidence. The things we wear tell a story, we might as well choose the narrative.

Texas native Chelsea Rose Bell is a self-professed fashion free-spirit and a believer in personal style over trend. Her goal is to create fun and exciting pieces that you can work into your wardrobe for an eye-catching bit of whimsy. The name rosie + belle derives from her middle name, Rose, and a variation on her last name. A belle, by definition, is the most beautiful and charming woman in the room. Bell believes that when a woman is comfortable in her skin and what she is wearing she will exude a sense of confidence that makes her shine.
